Throughout the entire process he responded promptly to every message, ensuring all my questions were answered.There was absolutely no pressure when viewing or testing the car—Leon made me feel completely comfortable and gave me the space to make my own decision. He also offered a part-exchange on my old vehicle, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dropping off my old car and collecting the new one was seamless.Leon was very transparent, pointing out any minor cosmetic issues on my first visit. He had these addressed before collection and even sent me videos of the car's service as well as ensuring fresh MOT. Leon was very professional throughout the process of buying a car. He was not at all pushy and allowed us time to decide if the car was going to be the right one. Any work that was needed to the car was completed to a high standard and we were kept informed when it was due to completed and the same is true of the MOT. When it came to collecting the car, it was handed over fully serviced and a clean 12 month MOT. Although am not anticipating any issues with my car, I feel comfortable that if I did need to go back to Leon, it would not be an issue. I would be happy buy again from Driveswitch and to recommend buying from Leon.

Leon went above and beyond to deliver a great customer experience, He stayed after hours to accommodate date me and even kept in touch via social media to make sure everything went okay on my end and that I was satisfied with the quality of service I was given. Leon also sent me in depth videos and extra information on the vehicle that I was interested in. He was very helpful in the whole process from start to finish and the customer service is unmatched. Leon runs the business and he really cares about his customers and always gives them one to one attention so it really enhances the customer service.
