Recently purchased a car and I am very happy with it. The service from Leon was excellent from start to finish, the car had a few cosmetic issues and as promised everything was sorted prior to collecting the vehicle. Leon even picked me up from the train station as I traveled down from the northeast. Excellent service overall and I would recommend. One of the few businesses around that put the customer first.

Advised what to look out for on cars and some things I didn't know about cars I had been looking at. Great communication throughout with videos of the car and also videos of it being serviced. Excellent communication open and honest about the vehicle more than happy to allow to test drive making a point of going down road that really gets the vehicle to make sure free of knocks and noises would 100% recommend MOT, oil change and car wash all provided prior to purchase and no additional cost, good honest seller if ever in the market again would definitely come back.

Leon was very professional throughout the process of buying a car. He was not at all pushy and allowed us time to decide if the car was going to be the right one. Any work that was needed to the car was completed to a high standard and we were kept informed when it was due to completed and the same is true of the MOT. When it came to collecting the car, it was handed over fully serviced and a clean 12 month MOT. Although am not anticipating any issues with my car, I feel comfortable that if I did need to go back to Leon, it would not be an issue. I would be happy buy again from Driveswitch and to recommend buying from Leon.

After searching for a couple of weeks for the right vehicle at the right price we happened upon Driveswitch. From our initial enquiry to the final delivery, Leon has provided a very assured and personal service with regular updates throughout. Even though the car still had 11 months MOT he went to the lengths of fixing any advisories and anything else he noticed on his pre-MOT inspect to provide a 12 month advisory free ticket. I believe the way we purchase cars now has been changing for a while and this young man is helping to give the traditional car salesman an honest and trustworthy face. Although we've only had the car a couple of days it feels like a well sourced quality car and my wife is very happy with it. Hats off to Leon and keep up the good work. Highly recommended 🙂

Leon has been amazing, there were a few issues at first but Leon was really quick to get them all sorted and was always in constant contact. I can't recommend his services enough and if I ever need a used car again, I'll definitely be coming back. Made everything super simple, stress free and he was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had no issues with the car and was fully happy before signing anything over.

Leon was super helpful from start to finish. He delivered the car for a small charge and spent as long as I wanted to familiarise myself with the car. He pointed out minor blemishes, didn't try to hide anything. Also followed up thr next day to make sure I was happy. Excellent service and will hope to use again at some point and will refer friends and family to Leon and Driveswitch.
